Lawyer Caner Imam announces his candidacy for mayor for Iasmos (Yassıköy) Municipality
Iasmos (Yassıköy) Municipality Council Member Lawyer Caner İmam announced that he will be Mayor candidate for Yassıköy Municipality in the local elections to be held in Greece in 2023.
Yassıköy Municipality Council Member Lawyer Caner İmam, one year later, after the consultation meeting he held at the Ahillio Hotel in Komotini with the intense participation of local politicians elected with the strong support of citizens in many villages of the municipality he announced that he will be a Mayor candidate for Yassıköy Municipality in the local elections to be held on October 2023.
Yassıköy Mayor Candidate Lawyer Caner İmam stated the following in his written statement regarding his candidacy:
“Dear Yassıköy Municipality residents, Dear Friends,
Approximately six months ago, I made a call to the people who have worked for Yassıköy Municipality in the past and to the young and dynamic people who dream of a different future for the new generations. I declared that I was ready to lead a dynamic and regenerative movement that all Yassiköy Municipality residents would trust.
In the past six months, it has been confirmed that the people of Yassıköy Municipality want to move towards hopeful and bright tomorrows TOGETHER. You embraced my initiative, you gave me strength and you trusted me to regain the values and principles of our Municipality, to build the municipality of civilization, development, hope and the future TOGETHER.
Today, I proudly announce to you once again that I will work with all my strength to make our dreams come true.
Today, by announcing my candidacy, without wasting time, I ask for your support so that we can ALL be ready to govern our municipality from day one.
Starting today, we are ALL TOGETHER forming the Culture, Development, Sports and New Generation groups. We start to prepare our program by listening to the voices of our municipality residents, recording the existing problems and demands.
I invite ALL of you to join this movement so that we can ALL TOGETHER create the institutional and administrative framework of tomorrow.
Our defense is not a ballot box, but citizens and their current problems.
