Komotini Municipality signs the project titled 'Improving road safety'
Within the framework of the project entitled 'Improvement of road safety', the agreement was signed between the Mayor of Komotini Yannis Garanis and Athanasios Piatidis, representative of the contractor company ALEXANDROS ATEBE. The Deputy Mayor of Komotini Dimitris Karastavros and the Director of Technical Services for Road Safety of the Municipality of Komotini Despina Passos were also present at the signing ceremony.
In the statement made by the Municipality of Komotini regarding the agreement, it was noted that the Municipality of Komotini aims to carry out activities to increase road safety in the region and to reduce accidents.
The total budget of the project is 2.430.000 euro and the completion period is 12 months.
In his statement regarding the project, Mayor of Komotini Mayor Garanis said: "Today, we have signed another important project aiming to improve daily life in our municipality. With the projects we have implemented, we aim to make daily life even safer".
