İskeçe Turkish Union’s “Our People” program goes on air
The İskeçe Turkish Union (ITU) has launched a new program titled “Our People”, aimed at highlighting traditional and cultural values and bringing them to a wider audience.
The first episode focuses on Göynüklü village, exploring its historical fabric, social life, and the everyday experiences of the local community. Through interviews with prominent figures from Göynüklü, the program offers viewers an in-depth look at village life and its distinctive social dynamics.
ITU officials stated that the program is designed not only to provide informative content but also to pass cultural heritage on to younger generations and to make the social values of villages more visible.
The “Our People” program is available to watch via the İskeçe Turkish Union’s social media platforms.
