İskeçe Mufti’s office to hold fourth “Mufti Mustafa Hilmi Ağa Community Leaders Awards”
The Mufti’s Office of İskeçe is preparing to host the fourth edition of the “Mufti Mustafa Hilmi Ağa Community Leaders Awards”, an annual program established to honor individuals and institutions that make significant contributions to the Turkish community of Western Thrace.
This year’s ceremony will take place on Thursday, 18 December 2025, at 19:30, at the İskeçe Branch of the Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association.
The awards aim to encourage and recognize exemplary achievements in fields such as scholarship, culture, education, social solidarity, and community service. During the event, leading figures who contribute to shared community values, inspire younger generations, and strengthen the social fabric of Western Thrace will be presented with their awards.
The Mufti’s Office of İskeçe has extended an open invitation to all members of the Western Thrace Muslim Turkish community to attend this meaningful and respectful ceremony.
