Hundreds of kinsmen experience hatim enthusiasm in Arabacıköy

On the occasion of the completion of the Holy Qur'an by some of the students studying at the Arabacıköy Qur'an Course, which operates within the body of the Mufti's Office of Komotini and is taught by religious officials Sabri Hacıoğlu and Şükrü Hacı Mehmet, a hatim ceremony was held on Sunday, 12 May 2024.

This year, 10 of the students trained by the religious officer Sabri Hacıoğlu managed to complete the Qur'an. Therefore, under the leadership of the parents of the students who have completed the Qur'an, with the support of other parents, village residents and philanthropic citizens, a hatim ceremony was organised at the Arabacıköy Mosque.

The students who participated in the Hatim ceremony carried out the programme prepared by the religious officer Sabri Hacıoğlu flawlessly.

They won the admiration of hundreds of compatriots who attended the ceremony with their recited Ashr-i Sharifs, hymns, poems and prayer prayers.

After the completion of the children's programme, Şükrü Hacı Mehmet, one of the instructors of Arabacıköy Qur'an Course, made the prayer for the hatim.

Certificates of achievement were given to the children who completed the Holy Qur'an by the Mufti's Office of Komotini. The Mayor of Yassıköy Municipality, Caner Imam, presented the students with hadîths.
