Huge queues and inconvenience at the Kastanies Customs House

Once again yesterday, Friday, August 30, there was a huge inconvenience for travelers moving from Turkey to Greece at the border of Kastanies.
The queue of vehicles and travellers that formed from the early hours of the morning until the evening was huge and the frustration and indignation that prevailed among citizens was intense as the minimum wait was 4 hours and there were travellers who had to stay in the queue to cross the border for up to 9 hours.
The images of waiting queues at the border between Castanea and its neighbour have become familiar which certainly highlights the dire need to upgrade the Castanea Customs House.
