Health screenings conducted in Kozlukebir Municipality villages
Deputy Health Minister Irini Agapidaki visited the region, where she met with residents, listened to their concerns, and pledged support to address their needs.
The screenings took place in the villages of Hemetli, Musacik, and Gerdeme. During her visit, Agapidaki was welcomed by the Kozlukebir municipal administration and presented with traditional gifts. She inspected the health initiative on-site and held discussions with local citizens.
In Hemetli, Agapidaki attended a meeting where the municipal leadership presented their primary demands, which include:
A 24/7 ambulance service for the rural Hemetli–Mehrikoz area.
Construction of a new health center in Kurcali village.
Renovation and modernization of health centers in Sirkeli, Kozlukebir, Hemetli, and Mehrikoz.
Agapidaki assured the community that she would do her utmost to ensure these requests are met.
