Good news from MP Özgür Ferhat for beekeepers in Rhodope
Rodopi New Left Party MP Özgür Ferhat announced that the beekeepers in the province of Rodopi, who were excluded from the aid programme announced for the beekeepers affected by the fires, are included in the support programme.
In his statement, Ferhat stated that his own initiatives with the beekeepers in the region yielded results and the necessary change was made.
Noting that he submitted two parliamentary questions to the parliament for the correction of the injustice suffered by the beekeepers in Rhodope province and that he closely followed the issue, Ferhat stated that a joint ministerial decision covering the beekeepers in Rhodope province was signed.
Finally, Ferhat reported that the mistake was corrected in the answer received as of Tuesday 28 May and that the joint ministerial decision covering the Rhodope province was signed and that the amounts due by the end of the month will be deposited into the beekeepers' accounts.
