Full support from the Advisory Board to the Xanthi Turkish Union

The Chairman of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority Advisory Board and Mufti of Komotini İbrahim Şerif together with the Secretary General of the Advisory Board Sedat Hasan paid a support visit to the Xanthi Turkish Union (ITB).

İbrahim Şerif and Sedat Hasan met with ITB President Ozan Ahmetoğlu and the members of the board of directors and conveyed their best wishes to the president and directors of the association regarding the Xanthi Turkish Union march held in July.

The Chairman of the Advisory Board and Mufti of Komotini İbrahim Şerif shared the following on his social media account: “We paid a visit to the President of Xanthi Turkish Union, Mr. Ozan Ahmetoğlu, and the board of directors to get detailed information about the events that have taken place in the last days.”

After the investigation opened regarding the march carried out by the Xanthi Turkish Union, they visited the Xanthi Turkish Union and met with ITB President Ozan Ahmetoğlu and the executives of the association, wishing them well and expressing their full support. We declare our gratitude to them.”
