Speaking in an interactive session, Asafoğlu addressed the challenges and experiences of being part of a minority community, reflecting on issues faced in education, political participation, and everyday social life.
The discussion took place in what participants described as a constructive and open atmosphere, allowing for candid dialogue between the political leader and young attendees.

Asafoğlu also shared her personal journey as a female political party leader, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges she has encountered. Her remarks placed particular emphasis on encouraging young women to take active roles in public and political life.
She urged young participants to act with confidence, determination, and resilience, stressing the importance of stronger female representation in leadership positions.
