Digitization increases of charitable and public-benefit assets across Macedonia and Thrace
The digitization of charitable and public-benefit assets across Macedonia and Thrace has reached approximately 80%, according to officials from the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia–Thrace.
The project seeks to create a comprehensive digital archive of charitable foundations, endowments and inherited assets managed under public-benefit provisions, improving transparency, oversight and administrative efficiency.
Authorities said the initiative will facilitate faster access to records, simplify management procedures and strengthen the monitoring of charitable properties throughout the region.
The digital transformation effort is part of a wider modernization strategy within public administration aimed at preserving historical records while enhancing accountability and service delivery.
