SYRIZA İskeçe (Xanthi) Deputy Hüseyin Zeybek asked the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs about the status of 12 Minority Primary Schools whose activities were suspended.
With a parliamentary question, SYRIZA Party Xanthi Deputy Hüseyin Zeybek asked the ministry according to which criteria the decision to stop the activities of Eşekçili Minority Primary School in the Rhodope region and Kurthasanlar Minority Primary School in Xanthi region was taken, and whether the opinions and written statements of the Council Committees and student parents were taken into account.
In addition, the students of Işıklar Minority Primary School asked why they were sent to Kurcalı Minority Primary School instead of the closest Kozlukebir Minority Primary School, whether the decision on the suspension of Kurthasanlar Minority Primary School's activities would be lifted, and what the ministry's plan and program was for these schools for the next academic year.
