Kozlukebir (Arianna) Municipality announced that applications for the annual book (stationery) aid, free theater tickets and discounted holiday program will start from Tuesday, June 6th.
Kozlukebir (Arianna) Municipality announced that applications for the annual book (stationery) aid, free theater tickets and discounted holiday program will start from Tuesday, June 6th.
Applications will start on June 6 and will end on June 26. Applications will be made at KEP offices.
WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO APPLY TO THE PROGRAM?
-All OGA retirees
- Persons insured by OGA
- Spouse and children with OGA insurance through their spouse
-Widowed spouses and orphans
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION
-Health book (OGA and EFKA must be paid)
- Receipt showing your retirement or payment
-Identity
-AMKA number
The person who has the right to apply can only apply for his wife and children. A power of attorney is required for third parties.
