In a statement released by the association, it was noted that the second hearing at the appeal stage will be held at the Gümülcine Court. The statement emphasized that the prolonged judicial process has had a negative impact on the association’s activities.

The association underlined that, despite no criminal charges or accusations being brought against it, it has been forced to focus on legal proceedings rather than continuing its regular social and cultural activities. This situation, the statement said, has caused deep concern among members.

The management and members of the Western Thrace Fenerbahçe Supporters Association reaffirmed their confidence in the Greek legal system and judiciary, expressing their belief that the request for closure will be rejected and that the case will conclude in their favor.

The association also shared its hope that the legal process will be concluded as soon as possible, allowing it to continue its activities without further disruption.
