Another award for Idadiye Turkish Minority Primary School
Komotini 1st Minority Primary School (Idadiye) participated in the finals of the Robotic Coding Competition held at the American College of Athens on March 26, 2023, organized by WRO HELLAS, with 2 teams.
In the competition with the main theme of "The city I dreamed of", 2 teams of İdadiye Turkish Minority Primary School students competed in different categories. Both teams managed to win prizes in the competition.
"Our school participated in the finals of the Robotic Coding Competition with 300 teams and over 1,500 children and coaches in the finals held at the American College in Athens on Sunday, March 26, with 2 teams.
In the competition with the main theme of "My dream city", our teams took part in the category with the theme "I am developing our city with simple machines". In this segment, 48 teams and projects from all over Greece competed.
The team consisting of 4 children representing the 3rd grades of our school won the first prize for the best mechanical project work with their projects on "Making the Life of Individuals with Special Needs Easier".
The team consisting of 6 people representing the 4th grades with the theme "Smart Park and Book Wheel of My Dreams" won the first prize with the best model project work.
We sincerely thank our students, teachers and coaches who represent our city and our school in the best way. We also thank the school administration and our valued parents who have always supported us.
