A delegation from the Women's Branch of Türkiye's ruling AK Party visited Western Thrace, meeting with members of the Turkish community to discuss issues affecting the minority and strengthen ties with compatriots in the region.
A delegation from the Women's Branch of Türkiye's ruling AK Party visited Western Thrace, meeting with members of the Turkish community to discuss issues affecting the minority and strengthen ties with compatriots in the region.
During the visit, the delegation held meetings with local representatives and community members, exchanging views on social, educational and cultural matters concerning the Western Thrace Turkish Minority. The program also included visits to regional institutions and organizations.
Delegation members reaffirmed their support for preserving the identity, cultural heritage and rights of the Turkish community in Western Thrace, emphasizing the importance of maintaining close relations with compatriots abroad.
