ABTTF Presidential Board convenes
At the second meeting of 2024 held at the head office of ABTTF in Witten, Germany, the work and activities carried out by ABTTF since the previous meeting were evaluated and the international initiatives envisaged to be implemented in the summer period and until the end of 2024 were discussed.
In the statement made by ABTTF regarding the meeting, it was stated that "During the meeting where current developments and events related to the Turkish community in Western Thrace were also discussed, the historic success of the Friendship Equality Peace (FEP) Party, which once again became the first party by receiving the highest number of votes in the provinces of Rodopi and Xanthi in the European Parliament (EP) elections held on 9 June 2024 in our country Greece after 2014 and 2019, and the reflections of this in the politics of our country Greece and in the mainstream media were discussed." it was said.
