ABTTF expresses condolences to Greece for wildfires
In an official statement, the ABTTF expressed deep sorrow over the wildfires that have affected the Greek capital and offered their best wishes to those battling the blazes. The message from the ABTTF’s Presidential Board and family read, "We are deeply saddened by the forest fires near our country’s capital, Athens, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to our nation as it fights these fires."
The statement also highlighted the positive response from Türkiye, noting the importance of the assistance provided by Türkiye to Greece during this crisis. "We are pleased to see the solidarity shown by our homeland, Türkiye, in aiding our country during this major wildfire disaster, just as in previous years. We hope that the fire is brought under control as soon as possible without further loss of life or damage. Our hearts and prayers are with our country," the ABTTF added.
