A joyous day for Nejat Ahmet: His daughter Melis marries Umut
A moment of great happiness was celebrated by Nejat Ahmet, a senior executive at Çınar FM, columnist for the newspaper Millet, and TRT Greece correspondent, as his daughter Melis married Umut in a wedding ceremony held in Komotini (Gümülcine).
The wedding took place on Sunday, December 28, at the event hall of the Chris & Eve Hotel, where Melis and Umut were united in marriage in the presence of family, friends, and loved ones. Guests were welcomed at the entrance by members of the Aliye–Nejat and Mediha–Yunus families.

The ceremony attracted significant attention, with attendees including members of parliament, mayors, regional council members, municipal councilors, association presidents, as well as relatives and close friends of both families. The event was marked by a warm and sincere atmosphere.
