A call for aid mobilization from the Çınar Association

İskeçe (Xanthi)-based Çınar Association released an invitation to participate in the aid campaign initiated by the Western Thrace Turkish Minority Advisory Board.

Çınar Association also announced that it will support the aid campaign of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority Advisory Board.

The Çınar Association made the following statement from its social media accounts:

WE PARTICIPATE IN THE MOVEMENT TO AID EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS IN TÜRKİYE

Dear donors,

The urgent needs resulting from the earthquakes in our homeland Türkiye are closely followed by all of us.

As our board of directors, we evaluated the situation after our benefactors, who have been participating in our charity events for years, have called the authorities of our association since yesterday and expressed their desire to help the earthquake victims.

From this point of view, we invite our benefactors to participate in the aid campaign for earthquake victims in Türkiye in these difficult days, to be evaluated within the framework of the aid campaign initiated by the Western Thrace Turkish Minority Advisory Board.

Financial aids can be delivered to the relevant authorities of our association.

In Xanthi, goods and food aids will be accepted at the sport center located in Xanthi Aşağı neighborhood every day from Tuesday, February 7, between 09:00 in the morning and 15:00 in the afternoon until Sunday, February 12.

It can also be delivered to Xanthi Mufti Office, Xanthi Turkish Union and Mustafçova (Miki) Municipality KEP centers.

In Rhodope, it can be delivered at Elected Mufti Office in Komotini and Kozlukebir (Arianna) Municipality Domruköy (Dokos) Indoor Sports Hall.

Except for the items specified in the list, USED ITEMS will not be accepted.
