A 68-year-old local woman was found unconscious in the waters of Kryoneri Beach, Rhodope, on Friday morning.
A 68-year-old local woman was found unconscious in the waters of Kryoneri Beach, Rhodope, on Friday morning.
The Alexandroupolis Port Authority was notified, and the woman was transported by ambulance to the Sismanogleio General Hospital in Komotini, where her death was confirmed.
The Central Port Authority of Alexandroupolis has initiated an investigation and has ordered an autopsy to be conducted by the Thrace Forensic Service.
