'15 July' messages from the minority institutions
The messages condemned the treacherous FETO organisation and wished mercy to the martyrs and condolences to the veterans. The messages published by the minority institutions are as follows:

WESTERN THRACE TURKISH TEACHERS' UNION
"On the night of 15 July 2016, on the anniversary of the treacherous uprising launched by a group of members of the treacherous FETO terrorist organisation, which insidiously infiltrated the Turkish Armed Forces, with the aim of overthrowing the constitutional order, abolishing the legitimate government of the Republic of Turkey elected by the will of the nation and establishing an order suitable to serve the ambitions of imperialist powers, we once again condemn and curse the traitors of this uprising with hatred.
This treacherous attempt was suppressed as a result of the heroic struggle of patriotic soldiers, police officers and especially the Turkish nation to protect democracy and their country. During this struggle, 251 heroic Turkish sons were martyred and thousands of them became veterans. On this occasion, we wish mercy to the heroic martyrs from Allah. We will never forget the heroic martyrs and veterans who put their lives on the line to protect the survival of our homeland and we are always grateful to them. In addition, our fellow countryman Mustafa Cambaz, a journalist from Western Thrace, who was martyred in this attempt, has been our pride. We pray for mercy from Allah to our martyr. May his soul rest in peace. We hope that a similar situation will never occur again in our motherland Türkiye."

As ABTTF, we would like to reiterate once again that we always stand by our motherland against all those who attempt the unity and integrity of our motherland Turkey and the entire Turkish nation.
