World Brotherhood Football Tournament organised in Edirne

The tournament, which started on 20 May with the contributions of the Provincial Directorates of Youth and Sports and Migration Management, was attended by 9 teams of international students.
Özgür Yankaya whistled in the final of the organisation held at an astroturf in the city.
In the final, the team of Greek students defeated the team of Bulgarian students 11-3 and became the champion.
In the award ceremony organised after the match, the medals of the football players and the trophies of the teams were given by Musa Aşılıoğlu, Provincial Director of Migration Management, and the players of the champion team were also presented with bicycles.
Hakan Çalışkan, president of the association, presented a plaque to referee Yankaya and thanked him for his contribution.
Çalışkan told AA correspondent that the tournament brought together students from different countries and brought them together.
Stating that the participation and interest in the tournament they organise every year is high, Çalışkan thanked the contributors.
