SYRIZA elects new central committee — 249 members chosen
The Central Electoral Committee of SYRIZA – Progressive Alliance has announced the results of the hybrid vote for the party’s new Central Committee.
A total of 20,145 party members voted:
14,166 in person
5,979 online
As a result, 249 members have been elected to the Central Committee. Additionally:
30 ex officio seats are reserved for MPs and MEPs
13 seats are allocated for representatives of the party's youth wing

Yiannis Ragkousis (Attica Region) – 2,469 votes
Mariliza Xenogiannakopoulou – 2,439 votes
Kostas Zachariadis – 2,403 votes
Yiannis Mouzalas – 2,335 votes

Kostas Morfidis – 219 votes
Anastasia Gara – 179 votes
Oufouk Moustafta – 176 votes
Spyros Dedoglou – 172 votes
Katerina Vougioukli – 164 votes
Dimitris Karvounis – 143 votes
Eleni Chourdaki – 107 votes
Ioannis Nenedakis – 67 votes
These results reflect both party popularity and regional representation, with Morfidis and Gara leading the polls in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.
