Former Mayor of Arriana (Kozlukebir) Rintvan Achmet, was re-elected in the second round of the local administration elections that were held on Sunday.
In the first round of the municipal elections, Rintvan Achmet with his Democratic Power List had approximately 48 pct of votes out of the three candidates. The opponent candidate in the second round of elections Erthem Chousein with Union List received over than 41 pct in the first round.According to unofficial results, Rintvan Achmet received 52,17 pct, followed by Erntem Chousein that received 47,83 pct. Respect to the results, Rintvan Achmet will continue his mayoralty for another 4 years.
