Protect yourself from mosquitoes!

The Ministry of Health, the National Public Health Agency (EODY) and the Province of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace warned citizens about protection against mosquitoes. The poster published by eody.gov.gr provides information on how citizens should protect themselves from mosquitoes during the day and night during the summer months and what to pay attention to.

In order to prevent mosquitoes from entering the houses during the summer months, it warned that mosquito nets should be installed on the doors and windows of the houses, the creams recommended by the doctors should be used as a result of the bite, the beds of the children should be covered with mosquito-proof tulle curtains, the rooms should be ventilated, long-sleeved light clothing and trousers should be worn during the summer months and the spraying companies that have received the necessary approvals from the relevant ministries should spray.
