A 4.5 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Crete on Thursday, according to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens.

The tremor’s epicenter was located 24 kilometers southeast of Zakros, at a focal depth of 7.1 kilometers.
Authorities reported no injuries or damage.
