Another first place for minority primary school

İdadiye Minority Primary School of Komotini came first in Greece for the 3rd time with the points it collected in the "recycling" competitions. Turkish students once again set a good example.

Komotini Municipality has been implementing the followgreen program for the last three years. In line with the program, competitions are held on the recycling of substances that harm the environment and nature.

One of the schools participating in the "recycling" competitions organized by the Municipality of Komotini this year was the Komotini 1st Minority Primary School (İdadiye Primary School), which had won the first place in Greece twice.

İdadiye Primary School once again did not lose the first place in the "recycling" competitions not only in the Rhodope region but also throughout the country.

Idadiye Primary School students showed the same success this year and became the first in Greece. As a result of the points earned with different products collected in all categories. They collected  245,906 points in total.

The distribution of points that brought the first place to İdadiye Primary School in the "recycling" competitions organized by the Municipality of Komotini with the followgree program is as follows:

Paper: 55,300 points, Aluminum: 6,750 points,  Battery: 49,908 ,  Plastic: 5,500 points,  Refined oil: 102,000 points.

Apart from these points, they earn also points from those who showed interest in the competitions and voted on the followgreen site earned 20,448 points.

Together with the 6000 points collected in the Handicraft Skills Competition, they received a total of 245,906 points become the winners.
