YTB President: 'Turks in Balkans always loved our President very much'

Addressing the kinsmen who migrated to Türkiye from the Balkans and the Caucasus and continue their education in Türkiye, President Erdoğan said: "Wherever there is a citizen or a kinsman, we are there. With this understanding, we have stood by and supported everyone from Rumelia to the Caucasus. We have never made any of our brothers and sisters feel helpless. Thanks to all these efforts, we have regained and reconquered the hearts of Evlâd-ı Fatihan after centuries of longing."

Stating that they left no land untouched in Rumelia as they left no land untouched in Türkiye, President Erdoğan said: "We visited all the countries beyond Thrace one by one in the cities where our compatriots live. We have embroidered every stone, mosque, tomb and bazaar of Rumelia into your hearts like an embroidery."

Abdullah Eren, President of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), who has carried out great services in Evlad-ı Fatihan, evaluated President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's meeting with the kinsmen at the Great Rumelia Gathering on his social media account and stated that President Erdoğan is very loved by the Muslim Turkish kinsmen living in Evlad-ı Fatihan. 

In his post, Abdullah Eren said, "Evlad-ı Fatihan always loved our President very much. We have realised dozens of projects in the Balkans with the instructions of our leader, who has embraced the legacy of the victimized, depressed and proud sons of Rumelia in the strongest way; we have granted scholarships to thousands of students. We will continue to protect the trust of Rumelia."
