Tarkan Multaza responds to Cihat Şerif with a video on water shortage issue
Representatives from the opposition "Umut Listesi" had previously brought attention to the water scarcity in Dolapçılar and other villages, urging the authorities to take immediate action. The issue has been frequently highlighted by local residents and elected officials from the region through written and visual social media posts, emphasizing the ongoing nature of the problem.
In an attempt to downplay the severity of the issue, Cihat Şerif, a municipal councilor from Durhasanlar village under the ruling "Birlik Listesi," led by Kozlukebir Mayor Erdem Hüseyin, posted a video on his social media account. The video, shot in the evening, first shows a water fountain in Hacıköy, followed by another fountain in the courtyard of a mosque in Dolapçılar, demonstrating the water pressure in the area.
Despite this response, residents and opposition members continue to express their dissatisfaction, insisting that the water shortage is a significant problem that needs to be addressed promptly and effectively. The debate over the severity and resolution of the water shortage persists on social media platforms.
