Europe's most populous tourist city Dubrovnik

Germany-based statistics company Statista has identified the most populous tourist cities in Europe.
The ranking was made according to the ratio of the number of tourists to the city's population.
Accordingly, the most populous tourist city was Dubrovnik (Croatia). There are 36 tourists per capita in Dubrovnik. Venice (Italy), Bruges (Belgium) and Rhodes (Greece) followed with 21 tourists each. Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, ranked fifth with 16 people. Florence (Italy) and Heraklion (Crete) followed with 13 people each. With 12 people, Amsterdam (Netherlands) also took its place in the ranking.
