TRT World shared the video of the interview with the entrepreneur couple Shehzad and Nadia on the X social media platform.

Nadia, who is of Palestinian origin, stated that she wanted to do more than sharing photos on social media for the Palestinian people while Israel's attacks on Gaza continued and developed a website called "DisOccupied" with her husband Shehzad.

Noting that they spent hundreds of hours to identify companies that support the American-Israeli Political Action Committee (AIPAC) during the development process of the site, Shehzad said, "The message we want to give is to review your consumption habits."

"While paying zakat, you may be supporting companies that are complicit in genocide," Nadia warned.

Shehzad pointed out that most of the money spent by Zionist organisations to fund illegal Israeli settlements comes from private capital, and stated that they expose the brands in question on their websites.

Nadia announced that an app version of the "DisOccupied" website, which makes it easy to boycott brands that support Israel, is in the pipeline.
