Xanthi Central Turkish Primary School organizes event on "Healthy Nutrition and Obesity in Children"
The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and the Board of Trustees of Xanthi Central Turkish Primary School continue their series of events under the project "Let Experts Explain, Let Us Learn."
As part of the initiative, on December 11, 2024, Nutritionist and Dietitian Binnur Alioğlu delivered a presentation to parents on "Healthy Nutrition and Obesity in Children." The event aimed to raise awareness among parents about the importance of proper nutrition for children's health and strategies to combat obesity.
Reflecting on the event, Binnur Alioğlu shared on social media:
"I was thrilled to return to my childhood school, Xanthi Minority Central Primary School, at the invitation of its PTA. We had a meaningful and insightful conversation with families about the nutrition of our children. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to making this gathering possible."
