Resignation in Kozlukebir Municipality
Cengiz Şerif, who was elected to the Kozlukebir Municipality Assembly as a councillor from Domruköy and has been serving as the Chairman of the Assembly in the last period, announced his resignation from his duty.
Cengiz Şerif announced that he resigned not only from his position as the Mayor of Kozlukebir Municipality, but also from the committees he was a member of and from the Democratic Power List led by the current Mayor of Kozlukebir Rıdvan Ahmet, from which he was elected as a councillor.
Before announcing the reason for his resignation, Cengiz Şerif thanked the people of the region who trusted him and voted for him to be elected to the Kozlukebir Municipality Council, the Mayor of Kozlukebir Rıdvan Ahmet who trusted him and included him in his list, the heads of the opposition lists with whom he always had good relations during his term as the Council President and all council members.
Cengiz Şerif, who parted ways with the Democratic Power List, announced that in the local elections to be held on 8 October 2023 he will support Tarkan Multaza, Mayor Candidate for Kozlukebir Municipality and President of the HOPE List, who is also from his village, and will be a candidate for municipal council member from the list led by him.
