The problem of building inadequacy at Iskeçe Minority High School continues despite all attempts.
Iskeçe Minority High School Council Committee stated that the school's building inadequacy continues, the demand for prefabricated classes was not answered, and the promises made to end the boycott held last year were not fulfilled.

THE PROBLEM OF MINORITY HIGH SCHOOL IN WESTERN THRACE
While half of the primary schools were closed in the last year, high school students are limited with only two high schools in total all over Western Thrace which is consisted of 3 provinces and approximately 150.000 minority population for years. The case of Minority High School in Iskeçe is much more desperate as the building is too small to serve education for all the population. Despite all requests made for years, the case of building inadequacy has not found any response yet.
