Mayor Caner Imam meets local women at Friday simit night event
Yassıköy Mayor Caner Imam attended the “Friday Simit Night” event on 11 April 2025, where he met with women from various villages across the region. The event, supported by the municipality, was held at the Büyük Müsellim Culture and Folklore Association and brought together women from Büyük Müsellim, Bulatköy, Çepelli, and surrounding villages in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
MAYOR LISTENS TO WOMEN’S VIEWS
During the gathering, Mayor Imam engaged in conversations with the participants, listening to their views, suggestions, and concerns. He emphasized the municipality’s commitment to supporting women and maintaining close communication with all citizens.
MUNICIPAL TEAM JOINED THE EVENT
Mayor Imam was accompanied by his wife, Nurcan Ali, and Deputy Mayor Sibel Hacı Ali, who is responsible for the departments of Culture, Gender Equality, Social Protection, and Public Health. Hacı Ali played a key role in organizing the event.
At the end of the evening, Mayor Imam thanked all participants for their warm welcome and kind invitation, noting the high level of interest and engagement from the women of the region.
