Man arrested in Alexandroupoli with 391 litres of imported olive oil

A Greek citizen was arrested in Alexandroupoli with 391 litres of imported olive oil.
Alexandroupoli Police Department officers arrested a Greek citizen with a quantity of imported olive oil in an operation on the evening of Wednesday 27 October.
The arrested person was caught with 23 packages containing a total of 391 litres of olive oil for which tax duties had not been paid, police said in a statement. Police seized the specified amount of olive oil.
Alexandroupolis Police Department is continuing the investigation into the incident.
