Lena Zevgara to perform at Sazlıca beach in free summer concert
Popular Greek singer Lena Zevgara will meet music fans at Sazlıca (Krioneri) beach on August 8 as part of the “Summer Music Journey on the Waves 2026” events organized by the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Regional Unit of Rodopi and the Maronya-Şapçı Municipality.
The open-air concert will begin at 9:30 PM and will be free of charge for the public.
Organized through the cooperation of the Rodopi Regional Unit of the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Region and Maronya-Şapçı Municipality, the event aims to bring together residents and visitors through music during the summer season.
According to the organizers, Zevgara will perform some of her most popular songs as well as new tracks from her latest repertoire. The singer will be accompanied on stage by Lefteris Kikinis.
Transportation services have also been arranged for those wishing to attend the concert. Buses will depart from Şapçı at 7:30 PM and from Gümülcine at 8:00 PM, with return trips scheduled after the concert ends.
Bus tickets are priced at €6 for a round trip and €4 for a one-way journey.
The concert is expected to become one of the major cultural events of the summer in the Rodopi region, offering audiences an evening of music by the Aegean coast.
