Information meeting held at Western Thrace Fenerbahce Association

The meeting was held in the building of the association located on Komotini - Kozluköy road and was attended by the members of the association as well as the President of the Advisory Board of the Turkish Minority of Western Thrace and Mufti of Komotini İbrahim Şerif, Mufti of Xanthi Mustafa Trampa, President of FEP Party Çiğdem Asafoğlu, President of Xanthi Turkish Union Ozan Ahmetoğlu, President of Komotini Turkish Youth Union Sedat Hasan.
Delivering the opening speech, Mümin Hasan, President of Western Thrace Fenerbahce Association, explained the process since the establishment of the association. Giving information about the activities of the association, Mümin Hasan thanked all institutions, individuals, and members who supported the association in this process.
İlker Çavuşoğlu, the lawyer of Western Thrace Fenerbahce Association, informed the members about the closure case filed due to the phrase "Western Thrace" in the name of the association. Emphasising that the association is a legal association, Çavuşoğlu said that the allegations against the Western Thrace Fenerbahce Association are extremely baseless.
İbrahim Şerif, President of the Consultative Committee of the Turkish Minority of Western Thrace and Mufti of Komotini, Mustafa Trampa, Mufti of Xanthi, Çiğdem Asafoğlu, President of the FEP Party and Ozan Ahmetoğlu, President of the Turkish Union of Xanthi also made speeches and expressed their support.
