On Tuesday, August 5, 2025, the Honorary Consul of the Netherlands in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, Mrs. Dimitra Marina Georgamli, visited the area, where she was welcomed—on behalf of the Mayor—by Mr. Konstantinos Gagalidis, Deputy Mayor for Social Welfare, Social Policy, and Solidarity of the Municipality of İskeçe.
