The President of Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) Abdullah Eren congratulated Çiğdem Asafoğlu.
The President of Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) Abdullah Eren congratulated Çiğdem Asafoğlu, who was re-elected as the Chairman of the Friendship Equality Peace Party (DEB), the only political party of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority.
Eren shared the following message on his social media account,
“I congratulate Ms. Çiğdem Asafoğlu, who was re-elected as the chairman of the Friendship, Equality and Peace Party, which was founded by Dr. Sadik Ahmet, the leader of the Muslim Turkish people of Western Thrace, and took an important place in the struggle for the rights of our kinsmen in Greece.”
