As a result, the Golden Dawn Party was declared a criminal organization. The court found guilty of the president and senior executives of the racist party accused of forming and running a criminal organization. In addition, those involved in the murder of the activist artist Pavlos Fissas received the necessary punishment.
Our Party, which has been struggling to seek justice for years, has been subjected to the attacks of this racist party from time to time in written, verbal and physical forms. The panel organized by the FEP Party on the occasion of "Human Rights Day" in the hall of the Helsinki Monitoring Committee, Greece Athens Journalists Union on December 12, 2016, was swooped down and the administrators of the FEP Party were subjected to unreasonable insults and threats.
Finally, this victory of democracy, which we defend both wholeheartedly and principally, gave us all hope for the future. It is our greatest wish that this fair decision, which makes everyone who believes in democracy happy, will be manifested in the face of the injustices we are subjected to as a minority.
After this fair decision, our belief that organizations and organizations that segregate, marginalize and oppress people due to their cultural awareness will not be kept alive. Like all people who have internalized democracy, we, as FEP Party officials, share with the public that we welcome this decision. "
