Türkiye Scholarships official social media account of the statement made on the subject is as follows:
"2024 Higher Education Foreign Students Examination in Türkiye (TR-YÖS/1) will be held on 18 May 2024. From 1 March 2024, candidates can start their exam applications.
Although the YÖS exam is not compulsory for Türkiye Scholarship candidates, it provides a great advantage for students applying for the associate degree level. Please do not forget to upload your exam results to TBBS afterwards.
