Kerem Aktürkoğlu's goal, which brought Galatasaray to a 3-3 draw against Manchester United in the 71st minute in the 5th week of UEFA Champions League Group A, was selected as the "goal of the week".

In the post made by UEFA, Aktürkoğlu's goal ranked first among the 4 goals nominated for the goal of the week.

Two of the four nominees for the UEFA goal of the week were scored in the Galatasaray-Manchester United match. Aktürkoğlu's goal was selected as the best goal of the week, while the goal of Bruno Fernandes, who scored Manchester United's second goal in the match, was selected as the second best goal of the week.
