Greece-Turkiye Hackathon 2026 innovation competition
It is co-organized by the Athens Startup Business Incubator of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EBEA) and Turkiye’s Bilisim Vadisi Technology and Innovation Center, in cooperation with the foreign ministries of both countries, Greece’s Ministry of Digital Governance and Artificial Intelligence, and Turkiye’s Ministry of Industry and Technology.
According to EBEA, the aim of this pioneering competition is to promote innovation, cooperation and mutual understanding among young people from the two countries.
The 2026 hackathon focuses on AI and seeks innovative solutions that harness AI in cutting-edge fields, including innovation in healthcare and biotechnology, smart city management with disaster resilience, sustainable agriculture, and personalized travel and smart tourism.
