Protest in support of Palestine organised in Athens

A demonstration in support of Palestine was organised in Athens, the capital of Greece.
A group of approximately 2 thousand people gathered in Eleftheria Square in Athens and marched to the Israeli Embassy.
The march, in which Palestinian flags were carried, was attended by Palestinians living in Greece, members of Muslim communities and leftist and anarchist groups.
The protesters carried banners reading "Freedom for Palestine" and "No to the siege of Palestine".
The participants completed the demonstration in front of the Israeli Embassy and dispersed without incident.
