Healthcare workers, whose contracts have been suspended because they did not receive the Covid-19 vaccine, will be able to return to their workplaces as of January 1, 2023.

The Supreme Court ruled that extending the obligation to vaccinate health workers until the end of the year is unconstitutional.
According to the decision, healthcare workers who refuse to vaccinate will be able to return to their workplaces, provided that they do PCR or Rapid Test.
The Ministry of Health announced that all necessary measures will be taken to avoid all kinds of risks and that they will sign a strict protocol with vaccine opponents who will return to their jobs.
Anti-vaccine health workers will have to perform two PCRs or Rapid Tests per week at their own expense to return to work.
The use of masks for those who are against the vaccine will be mandatory.
