It was reported that the Greek Armed Forces carried out an armed exercise on Rhodes Island, which should have a non-military status in accordance with international agreements.

According to the news of Greek State Television ERT, in the exercise called "Kolossos", all systems on the island were brought to the "alarm" position and the positions that should be taken in case of any threat were determined.

Armored vehicles, motorized infantry units, special operations units, and air force units also participated in the exercise.

The Dodecanese Islands, including Rhodes, must remain in non-military status in accordance with international agreements.
