Online services related to the insurance platform e-EFKA will be unavailable from 15:00 on Thursday (May 19) to 07:00 on Monday (May 23) due to system upgrades, it was announced on Sunday.

Online services related to the insurance platform e-EFKA will be unavailable from 15:00 on Thursday (May 19) to 07:00 on Monday (May 23) due to system upgrades, it was announced on Sunday.
The upgrades will affect services through several agencies and ministries drawing data from e-EFKA databases, such as tax- or insurance-related ones.
Also affected will be EFKA's phone line 1555, which will only be able to answer questions not necessitating web support.
The payment of pensions will not be affected, the ministries said.
