According to a written statement from the Consulate General of Türkiye in Selanik, the reopening ceremony will take place on Atatürk Memorial Day, marking the completion of renovation works at the historic site.
Atatürk House in Selanik to reopen on November 10

The Atatürk House in Selanik, the birthplace of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, will reopen to visitors on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., following a comprehensive restoration, landscaping, and exhibition redesign carried out by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

According to a written statement from the Consulate General of Türkiye in Selanik, the reopening ceremony will take place on Atatürk Memorial Day, marking the completion of renovation works at the historic site.

The announcement noted that, after reopening, the Atatürk House will be open to the public Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00, remaining closed on Mondays — except for the special reopening event on November 10.

The museum will also be closed on official and religious holidays observed in Türkiye and Greece.
